Gary Hart on National Security

Former Senator Gary Hart, Council for a Livable World Chairman, discussed national security in the 21st century on Connecticut's Public Radio.

In the interview, Hart noted that In order to counter new and emerging security threats, the United States must utilize other methods besides its military and increase efforts to secure and reduce nuclear weapons.
